Soft gel tips
Base gel (rubber base or soft gel base)
Acid-free primer + dehydrator (nail prep)
UV/LED lamp
180/240 grit nail file and buffer
Cuticle pusher
Isopropyl alcohol or cleanser
Gel polish (optional)
Top coat
Cuticle oil
Wash your hands and disinfect nails with alcohol.
Push back your cuticles gently.
Lightly buff the shine off your natural nails.
Apply dehydrator (nail prep).
Apply acid-free primer and let it air dry.
Choose tips that fit side-to-side without pressure.
Lightly file the inner side of the tip (contact area).
Apply base gel to the inside of the tip.
Apply base gel to your natural nail (do not cure yet).
Place the tip at a 45° angle starting from the cuticle and press down gently.
While holding it in place, cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
File the surface of the tip if needed.
Adjust the length or shape as desired.
Buff the surface to smooth out imperfections.
Apply gel polish if desired, curing between coats.
Finish with a glossy or matte top coat and cure again.
Clean the sticky layer with a cleanser.
Apply cuticle oil.
Gently massage to hydrate the skin.
Your soft gel nails are done and ready to show off!
Use a 48W (or higher) LED lamp for best adhesion.
Avoid getting your hands wet for 2 hours after application.
If you see bubbles during tip placement, remove and reapply with more base gel.
